I am a singer of repute and my primary foundation is on Indian Classical genre that has made me powerful to adapt other singing genres too. Have been performing around the globe as a Classical and world music performer as a Soloist and also presenting a unique duet with one of the foremost Sitarists of our generation Samanwaya Sarkar. I have performed in India and abroad at festivals and concerts like Mallikarjun Festival Bangalore, Sawai Gandharva Pune, Theatre De La Ville Paris, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, WOMAD London, Brunswick Music Fest Melbourne, National Theatre of Opera and Ballet Tirana, Mananan International Music Festival Isle of Man, Deia International Music Fest Palma and many more.

Am a A graded artiste of All India Radio and empanelled artiste with ICCR. Recently got awarded with the Title

"PERSON WHO CARES FOR THE ART OF EAST "at Samarqand by Govt of Uzbekistan and UNESCO.

Alongwith Samanwaya I have been awarded with National Film Award by the Hon'ble President of India for the documentary on our Gurumaa named

Girija -ALifetime in Music.

I have also many first prizes at my teenage amongst which the First Prize at AIR competition brought me President's award.

I have also remained a Junior Research Fellow under Ministry of Culture, Govt of India.
